Your free trial

How the 7-day LendrTech trial works — what's included, when you're billed, and how to change or cancel your renewal before it ends.

If you signed up with a trial invitation, your first seven days are on us — with the full Max feature set, not a stripped-down preview. This page covers what that means, what happens on day seven, and how to change it.

What's included

Everything. For the length of your trial your account behaves exactly like a paid Max account: unlimited PDF imports, unlimited templates, fee sheets and reports, custom report colors, and screen, audio, and video recording. Nothing is watermarked, nothing expires, and anything you build is yours to keep.

When your trial ends

We asked for a card at signup, and when the trial ends we use it. Unless you change something, your subscription renews on the Max monthly plan at the price shown on the pricing page.

You'll see the exact date in three places, so it shouldn't sneak up on you:

  • the strip across the top of every page, counting down the days remaining
  • the Billing tab in Settings, which spells out the date and the amount
  • the email we send when your trial starts

Renewing on Pro instead

Max is the right fit for a lot of originators, but not everyone needs unlimited everything. If you'd rather continue on Pro, you can say so at any point during the trial:

  1. Open Settings in the sidebar and select the Billing tab.
  2. Click Switch renewal to Pro.
  3. Read the confirmation — it lists the Max features that switch off, and warns you if you've already built more templates, fee sheets, or reports than Pro allows.
  4. Confirm.

You keep every Max feature for the rest of your trial. Only the renewal changes. The Billing tab then shows a Renews as Pro badge so you can see the choice stuck, and a Switch renewal back to Max button if you change your mind before the trial is up.

One thing worth checking before you switch: Pro caps how many templates, fee sheets, and reports you can keep at once, and those caps are counted live. If you're already over one of them when Pro takes effect, you keep everything you've made, but you won't be able to create new ones in that category until you delete some. The confirmation tells you if that applies to you, with the real numbers from your account.

Cancelling during the trial

You can cancel before the trial ends and you'll still have full access right through to the last day — cancelling early doesn't cut your trial short. Use Cancel subscription on the Billing tab; the confirmation shows the date your access ends, and nothing is charged.

Changed your mind? Reactivate subscription appears in the same place. It restores whichever renewal plan you last chose — so if you'd switched to Pro before cancelling, reactivating puts you back on Pro.
